General Returns Policy
- Goods cannot be returned without our prior verbal or written agreement.
- When contacting us regarding a return, you must always quote your order reference number.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
- If you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you must notify us in writing within ten business days of delivery.
- For such returns, you will be liable for:
- The original carriage cost associated with the delivery of the order.
- The return carriage cost for sending the goods back to us.
Exchanges Due to Change of Mind
- If you wish to exchange goods due to a change of mind, you will be liable for all carriage costs connected with the exchange (both the return of the original item and the delivery of the new item).
Incorrect or Defective Products
- If we have supplied you with an incorrect product or a product that is defective, we will be responsible for paying any carriage charges associated with the return or exchange of that specific defective or incorrect product.
Non-Returnable Products
- Please note: Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we will not accept returns of any urns, caskets, or memorial products in which ashes have already been placed.
