What if my goods are faulty?

We want you to be delighted by your Tributes urn. If you receive any Tributes product that is faulty, even one that has been personalised, you can return it to us free of charge for replacement or a full refund.

Just sign in to your My Account page and click the Orders link

There is a Returns link in the order we sent you confirming that your order has been despatched. Click the link which will take you through the returns process
