
We’ve had a fantastic response to our recent survey focusing on the challenges our business customers have faced during Covid, and beyond, and asking for their thoughts on our products and how we work together. We have been so pleased and thankful to receive such positive feedback. Here’s how we’re acting on the survey results.
We’re saying thank you by helping the environment
We promised to plant trees to say a great big “thank you” to those who completed our survey. We are delighted that this has enabled us to donate to plant over 200 trees to the South Downs National Park Trust. The South Downs National Park is Britain’s newest national park and we are so lucky to have this beautiful resource right on our own doorstep. Their fantastic tree planting and renaturing projects not only fight climate change but regenerate native woodland and improve habitats for wildlife.
We’re listening to our customers
We’re glad to hear that our customers love our products and feel we’re doing a great job – but we are listening closely and taking on board questions and comments and we’re taking action to help us do even better in the future.
We’re looking to the future
We’ve all been through a really challenging time and there are still challenges ahead of us but we’re looking to the future with enthusiasm and a positive desire to work even more closely with our wonderful customers.
