It’s quick and easy to register for a trade account, just complete the form on this page. You will need to provide some information about your business to allow us to process your registration as quickly as possible. If you are already a Tributes business customer and you are registering to shop online with us for the first time, including your account number when you complete the form (which you can find on your invoices and statements) will speed this up.
Please be sure to wait for a confirmation email that your trade purchaser status has been activated before placing your first order, as this will ensure you receive all the benefits of your trade account. If you accidentally registered for an account without selecting “Trade” as the account type, please contact us to ask for your account to be converted. You may need to give us some details about your business to help us to do that. You can find out what information we will need before you contact us if you go to the registration page.
Our delivery service is via DX and DPD, you can choose the most appropriate service for your needs at checkout, to balance speed and cost.
No minimum order quantities
There are no minimum order quantity requirements when you place trade orders with Tributes. Unlike some suppliers, we do not require you to order in volume to qualify for our trade prices. There are further discounts available if you do place orders in bulk, but the only products with minimum quantities applied are bespoke or branded items.
As a trade customer you have access to a dedicated ordering screen, for fast ordering of bulk products, perfect for your business when time is of the essence. Access to previous orders for quick re-ordering, downloadable invoices and account balance are also provided.
Support for your business
Professional studio photos of our products are available to you free of charge as a trade purchaser. You can use these on your own websites and in marketing literature. We also supply downloadable leaflets, point of sale materials and product instructions as well as other trade benefits such as free of charge display samples.
Our website features a map-based stockists directory so our visitors can find Funeral Directors, Crematoria or memorial retailers near their location. All our trade customers have the option to be featured on this map free of charge.
Bespoke product development
We can offer a full design-to-production service to wholesale customers for bespoke products. We work closely with you to create bespoke urns to your exact requirements, or we can produce branded versions of our standard products.
