My order is urgent – can you help?

Yes we can! Our regular delivery service is free of charge* and is usually very prompt, but if you need your order urgently you can specify priority delivery at checkout and you will receive your order the next day.

As with all our deliveries† you will receive updates from our couriers by email, and by text message if you have provided a mobile telephone number at checkout. There will be links in the messages to enable you to change the delivery date or place if required. You can also manage your deliveries via our courier’s mobile app.

*to all retail customers (and to trade customers above an agreed order value).

†Courier update messages are provided automatically for retail customers. For trade orders we use a range of delivery providers and our Customer Care team track all deliveries to keep you updated.
